With over 22 years of experience in senior management roles supporting Oil & Gas development projects in the USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Southeast Asia, Lee’s principal areas of expertise and responsibility includes Account Management, Business Development, Contractual & Management roles along with Company Structure expansion.

Throughout his career in his family run Oil & Gas services business, First Commissioning Services (FCS), Lee has developed an extensive global network reach from select Project Management Team builds to EPC, finance and procurement solutions.  These have combined with his strong team building and leadership capabilities to provide a wealth of knowledge to support onshore and offshore oil and gas project ventures.

In supporting projects with shipyards, contractors, operators and operations teams, Lee’s experience and network is extensive from engineering through to turnarounds.

Over 30 years’ experience as engineering Manager, Technical Authority and Lead E, I & C Engineer, providing Engineering support to Shipyards, EPC contractors, and Operators.  Morgan has a common background working with Lee and others in the team at FCS.

Experience encompasses FEED, Engineering, Site Fabrication and Commissioning phases of the Project Lifecycle, for Projects including Drill Ships, FPSO, FLNG, and Platform installations.

Roles have included managing full Engineering Teams; conducting Technical Audits; performing Front End, Basic and Detailed Engineering for E&I requirements; producing a range of Company Specific Electrical Standards and Workpacks; and calculate costs and man-hour estimates.
