An accomplished Offshore Engineer with extensive experience in the design and construction of Drillships, Jack-Ups, Floating Mud Plants, Semi Submersibles, Accommodation Work Barges, FPSO, Seismic Support, Geotechnical Drilling, Offshore Supply Vessels, offshore Platforms, Subsea Deployment & Handling Equipment and Decommissioning.

Over 30 years’ experience as engineering Manager, Technical Authority and Lead E, I & C Engineer, providing Engineering support to Shipyards, EPC contractors, and Operators.  Morgan has a common background working with Lee and others in the team at FCS.

Experience encompasses FEED, Engineering, Site Fabrication and Commissioning phases of the Project Lifecycle, for Projects including Drill Ships, FPSO, FLNG, and Platform installations.

Roles have included managing full Engineering Teams; conducting Technical Audits; performing Front End, Basic and Detailed Engineering for E&I requirements; producing a range of Company Specific Electrical Standards and Workpacks; and calculate costs and man-hour estimates.
