In addition, Hemant served as CFO of two private Swiss-based energy trading and investment companies - Masefield AG and International Energy Group AG. Extensive deal-making, corporate finance, financial management & reporting and corporate governance experience.

Over 30 years’ experience as engineering Manager, Technical Authority and Lead E, I & C Engineer, providing Engineering support to Shipyards, EPC contractors, and Operators. 

                                           

Experience encompasses FEED, Engineering, Site Fabrication and Commissioning phases of the Project Lifecycle, for Projects including Drill Ships, FPSO, FLNG, and Platform installations.

 

Roles have included managing full Engineering Teams; conducting Technical Audits; performing Front End, Basic and Detailed Engineering for E&I requirements; producing a range of Company Specific Electrical Standards and Workpacks; and calculate costs and man-hour estimates.
